Born in the 1980s, I learned early on to overcome challenges with dedication and perseverance. After graduating from high school, I decided to pursue training in journalism and design, which I successfully implemented for ten years in a graphic design studio. This creative phase shaped my thinking and sharpened my eye for detail.

In 2010, with the birth of my son, a new chapter in my life began. I moved into the dynamic world of gastronomy. There, I gained valuable experience in business management, employee development, and team management. The period during the pandemic was particularly formative, opening up new perspectives for me and strengthening my ability to be flexible and solution-oriented.

Since early 2024, I have been applying my diverse experience as an independent business and HR consultant. With practical experience gained from working with 400 employees from over 40 countries and training as a certified HR manager, I offer comprehensive expertise in diversity, inclusion, and value orientation.

My goal is to help small and medium-sized enterprises unlock their potential and create a sustainable, successful human resources strategy.
